Hip Hing Construction’s team which is responsible for verification of drawings and documents is located in Shenzhen. It needs to communicate with the Hong Kong headquarters frequently for drawing content in the work documents, including drawing paths and slash characters, etc., for completion of construction projects. However, Hip Hing has problems connecting to the Autodesk server located in the United States, including identity authentication and proxy server settings errors, etc., which leads to work and even project delays. In addition, security is another issue that needs to be attended to. Hip Hing needs to prevent unauthorized misappropriation of any drafts, valuations or other documents related to their construction projects.
